Who we are

More Than A Martial Arts Gym

At Elementum Jiu Jitsu we believe Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu changes lives. Children learn discipline and respect. Teens build focus and emotional control. Adults find fitness, real self-defense and a community that keeps them coming back.

Our nearly 4,000 sq ft facility in the heart of Oviedo was designed around families: two mat areas so classes can run side by side, a safe kids area, a lounge where parents can relax or work, showers, a large changing room and a Pro Shop for gis and streetwear.

Whatever your starting point, you don't need to get in shape before you begin — training is what gets you there.
